Your wedding is a one-of-a-kind event that reflects your personality and your unique identity as
a couple. Steven Stewart Video believes that the same unique qualities that make your wedding
special should also make your wedding video special. No two weddings are exactly alike, and the
same is true of our videos. We offer a wide variety of packages and options for weddings of all
sizes and budgets. We have filmed weddings ranging in size from ten guests to seven hundred,
from back yards to churches to outdoor parks, and every single one of them required a different
touch to make it perfect.

Our wedding videos are presented on a DVD (or VHS tape if you prefer) that features an edited
movie of the wedding and reception. Our DVDs are presented with a case and label, and feature
interactive menus and scene selection. If the client has arranged for the rehearsal dinner or
any other wedding event to be videotaped, the edited footage from said event will also be
included on the tape or DVD.

Steven Stewart Video strives to comply with the rules of the wedding venue. We will consult with
the wedding director before the service to assure him or her that the videotaping will be done
discreetly. We will arrive at the church approximately the same time the bridal party arrives
unless other arrangements are made.

One camera will be set up in the foyer or narthex of the church to film guests signing the
register. Another camera will be capturing candid shots of the bridal party at different places in
the church and will set up in a designated place for the wedding ceremony, usually in the back
or in a balcony, and will remain stationary. A third camera will frequently be set up in the back or
other discreet location for complete coverage of the event.

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family members usually have their pictures taken with
the bride and groom. We will tape the photo shoot and include this footage in the final video if
requested.

At the reception we will video the food, decorations, cake cutting, tossing the bouquet, tossing
the garter, the first dance, and the guests. If the bride and groom have other plans or special
video requests, please make these arrangements in advance. If you would like the guests to say
something to the bride and groom, this can be arranged as well.

All the video will then be edited into one cohesive, movie-like video and two copies are delivered
to the client.

Videos will be edited in a timely manner, depending on schedules and the number of videos that
Steven Stewart Video is currently working with. Wedding videos are usually delivered within one
month of the wedding, but additional editing time may be needed depending on the complexity
and amount of footgage recorded at a given shoot. Remember, for every hour of video that we
shoot, probably ten or more hours go into editing the footage.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
Bride and Groom Interview: The bride and groom can have a video of them talking to each other
about how they met, when they decided to get married, their plans their future, or any subject
they wish to talk about. The setting and cost for this option will depend on their choice of a
location and the length of the video. This option has been used along with the photo video at
rehearsal dinner parties.

Slide Shows: Often couples will have a slide show of pictures to show with musical
accompaniment at a rehearsal dinner or reception. The client simply needs to provide the
desired pictures in hard copy, in .gif or .jpeg format on a CD or via email and a CD of the desired
music unless Steven Stewart Video already has the desired music in our library. Slides shows
will be delivered on DVD or VHS tape.

Additional Parties: If you would like to have other parties such as bridal luncheon, showers,
engagements parties, picnics, etc. they can be included in the video as well.

Joke Videos/Blooper Reels: Certain clients have requested that Steven Stewart Video compile a
humorous take on their wedding video by editing together a video consisting of cartoon footage,
funny music, sped up footage, wedding bloopers, etc. Inquire about this very unique option if it
sounds appealing.

Wedding Web Sites: If you want a cutting edge, up-to-the-second wedding video, you may want to
consider having a web site for your wedding also. Steven Stewart Video can arrange for the
design and hosting of your wedding site, as well as any video needs that you may need regarding
this endeavor. For example, if you want a video of the bride and groom inviting guests to the
wedding on the site, we can handle the production and uploading of this video. Maps, slide
shows, pictures, and other items can be easily added to a wedding web site.

We also offer custom videography that can accomodate any idea that you may want to include
in your video. If you can think it, we can do it, so let your creativity run wild!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All video is shot using Canon DV cameras and edited using Final Cut and/or Sony Vegas editing
software. For weddings, we typically use two or three video cameras depending on the size of the
wedding. It is virtually impossible for one videographer to shoot an entire wedding using
multiple cameras, so if more than two cameras are desired, an additional fee can be added to
pay for the additional videographer.

The client receives two DVDs or VHS tapes. Additional copies of the video are available for a small
fee. A copy of the completed video(s) will be kept on file with Steven Stewart Video and more
copies can be ordered whenever you like. DVDs will have custom made interactive menus and
chapter selection options just like DVDs you buy from a video store. Most DVD players, and all
DVD players made in recent years, play recorded DVDs fine, but some older models will not play
them. Steven Stewart Video is not responsible if our DVD is not compatible with the client’s
equipment.

If the client would like a copy of all the footage shot in addition to the completed, fully edited
wedding video, a copy can be made onto a VHS tape or DVD for a small fee. The original tapes can
be ordered within 2 months of the event. After that time there is no guarantee that the tapes will
be available to make additional copies.

An hourly fee will be charged for additional editing done at the request of the client unless the
additional edits are an error by the videographer. The spelling of names will be the client’s
responsibility.

Six hours is allotted to video the wedding and reception and three hours for a rehearsal dinner
party. An hourly fee will be added to the balance for any hours over the two events.

When a client calls and confirms a wedding date, a deposit of half the quoted amount is due
immediately to hold the date. The balance is due when the video has been completed and
handed over to the client. Cash or check is accepted.
